Once ya go fat ...

you'll never go back.

Sunday's group ride on fat bikes was my
favorite kind—laid back, with a nice mix
of familiar riders and new faces. The trails
were firm, fast and fun (except for all the
blowdowns that still need some chain-saw work).

It felt good to be back out on
the Pugsley, riding on snow.

I only wish I could have gotten the shot
of Rio pouring creek water from his boot.

Its way to early for snow.
At least in Wisco.

I think I would cry a little bit if we were already into winter. I'm just not there emotionally yet!

I got to ride a Pugsley for the 1st time recently! Just a little section of trail. They guy had a flexy suspension stem, so it wasn't the best test though...made it handle weird. It sure rolled over the obstacles!
